Baghdad Council initiated the procedure for opening a European Bank

Baghdad, Baghdad provincial Council Presidency started to approach Baghdad Investment Commission and the Central Bank of Iraq to determine the procedure for opening a European Investment Bank in Iraq by Ukrainian companies.
