So, it's the end already, yet they just had to have an instructional 'come to jesus' meeting of the bankers and finance minsters...some arguing for better rates on the revaluations of currencies, it didn't last long but did slow the end of the tunnel appearing. Some billed this as a new bretton woods agreement. Can you call something an agreement when orders are being dictated?
