Baghdad, Euphrates raise its head to the House of Representatives on 14 this month due to lack of quorum
A source told the Council in the Euphrates {News} "The agenda for the meeting includes a vote today was to approve the appointment of members of the Federal Court discriminatory and discuss the draft law on the federal budget for the year 2012."
The number of attendees, who scored in the record of attendance was 197 but the number of deputies present at the start of the meeting was 133, prompting deputies to adjourn the meeting.
