Municipalities of Iraq objected to the POPs within the general budget for the current year

The Ministry of municipalities and public works of Iraq Monday, dissatisfaction, which devoted its general budget, noting that the allocations do not fill the need for implementation of projects planned for completion in 2012.

Minister of municipalities and public works just mhodr at a press conference that "the budget of the Ministry of municipalities up this year to trillion and 530 billion dinars, but this amount is not sufficient for the implementation of projects to be implemented by the Ministry," he said, adding that "a few customizations in 2012 will disable completion of many projects.

Mhodr said that "the Ministry of municipalities carried out an inventory on the POPs per province and found that there is a large deficit in some provinces and other surplus since 2003 to 2011."

"The Ministry's plan for 2012 based rebalancing of current development in these provinces," alluding to "most foreign companies reluctant to enter Iraq for several reasons, most notably some media broadcasts, including Arabic satellite channels, poor security situation in Iraq along with the reasons for the low level of banking performance in Iraq."

The Iraqi Council of representatives was approved during the meeting held last Thursday on the budget for the year 2012, which amounted to 117 trillion Iraqi dinars, equivalent to about 100 billion dollars.
