Stiglitz Sees Progress on Myanmar Currency Regime

BANGKOK—Myanmar's government is making progress toward simplifying its unwieldy foreign exchange regime and is seriously pursuing other major reforms, Nobel laureate economist Joseph Stiglitz said after a visit to the Southeast Asian nation this week.
