U.S. Embassy develop a plan to recruit Iraqis and to rely on the local market to buy goods

Announced that the U.S. Embassy in Iraq that it plans to employ Iraqi citizens and seeks to rely on the local market, reaffirming that they take action to reduce the number of employees.
