The Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan Region, today announced the consideration on Sunday and Monday a public holiday on the occasion of 21st anniversary of the uprising against the dictatorial regime.
According to a statement issued by the Council of Ministers was distributed to the media and received by the Euphrates {News} a copy of "Council of Ministers decided that the disruption of all on the occasion of the official Almrssat uprising against the dictatorial regime.
