The Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Martin Kobler The International Organization working to remove Iraq from Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.
The Kubler in a joint news conference Monday with the governor of Karbala hopes of religion, the cat that the efforts to resolve the outstanding issues between Iraq and Kuwait, stressing his intention to visit Kuwait next week and do a tour in the border region between the two countries, that is another visit to Kuwait after discussing with Iraqi officials in the light of the outcome of the Conference of the coming Arab summit.
The Kubler arrived to Karbala to participate in a special celebration of International Women's Day where he participated in the provision of gifts to a number of the women of the province, also discussed with local officials the prospects of bilateral cooperation.
