Revealed the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation for the formation of a tripartite committee that would develop guidelines and mechanisms for the distribution ratio of 25 percent of the abundance of Finance of oil revenues among citizens, according to the law of the Federal budget for the current year.
Said ministry spokesman Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi's (Center news for the Iraqi Media Network): "The tripartite committee of the Ministries of Planning and Finance and a representative from the Finance Committee's parliamentary been formed to put controls and mechanisms for the distribution ratio of 25 percent of the abundance of Finance of oil revenues among citizens." and ensure budget law this year, a provision that distributes 25 percent of abundance Finance of oil revenues directly to citizens.
According to the Finance Committee in Parliament that the abundance of Finance of oil revenues will be calculated beginning next July, which will be allocated to the prescribed percentage of the citizens and the proportion of the other goes to support the Fund to support the poor and widows, in addition to the amount of the grant of financial estimated at 600 thousand dinars, for retirees who earn salaries of less than 400 thousand dinars.
