Transmitted by President Jalal Talabani, on Tuesday, Social Security Bill prepared by the Office of the Vice President Khudair Khuzaie to the House of Representatives for the purpose of voting on it, in what was his office that the law is passed will benefit large segments of many of the community and will reduce the momentum of the requests for appointment.
He said Talabani's office said in a statement issued today, the President and agreed to forward the draft Social Security Law prepared by the Office of the Vice President Khodair al to the House of Representatives for the purpose of reading and the vote, noting that the project has been prepared through discussions and extensive studies with a number of members of parliament and law professors and experts in this field.
The Office considers that the adoption of the law will benefit large segments of many of the Iraqi society, and will reduce the momentum of the requests for appointment to the staffing government departments, pointing out that the law includes pension rights, health and ensure maternity and employment injury for all workers in the private sector and mixed, cooperative and contractors with the public sector.
The Office said that the bill included a new organizational structure and advanced to the Social Security Corporation and gave the option for citizens working in the professions and craftsmen to include under the guarantee of retirement to meet nominal fee, asserting that the law linking the amount of pension to the economic situation prevailing and the possibility of review depending on economic conditions as well as the rhythm of tough sanctions against business owners and companies that do not apply for the benefit of working conditions.
