Iraq had agreed last week to sign a memorandum of understanding with Jordan set the conditions for building natural gas pipeline to the port of Aqaba with the Energy Department said Jordan is expected to be a meeting between officials in both countries next July to conduct technical audits of the project.
The Times newspaper said Geordanien This project will not solve the current energy crisis in Jordan because the construction of a natural gas pipeline from Iraq will take five years to accomplish.
