Ministry of the Interior: the efforts of the demarcation of the border with Kuwait continues without problems
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Security Affairs, the Federal team Ahmed al-Khafaji, the continuation of work on the demarcation of land border with Kuwait.
The Foreign Ministry confirmed that the Kuwaiti meetings conducted by the end of last April in Baghdad with the Iraqi government resulted in an agreement on the demarcation of the border once and for all, pointing out that the issue of Iraqi debt to Kuwait had not been addressed during these meetings.
U.S. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait Khaled Al-Jarallah that meetings held in Baghdad went out a number of the most important maintenance agreements marks the border between the two countries, where final agreement has been on the demarcation of maritime borders, land and shipping in the Khor Abdullah.
