Received by President Jalal Talabani, Wednesday, at his residence in Germany, the Chief Justice Medhat al-Mahmoud.
A statement by the Presidency of the Republic that Mahmood presented to President Talabani congratulated on the success of surgery to him and wished him good health and happiness and to return soon to Iraq.
The statement added that the role of President Mahmoud eighth Talabani effective in bringing the views and unity of word and to preserve national unity.
