Congratulated President Jalal Talabani, the Iraqi people on the occasion of Ramadan.
Talabani said in a statement Thursday that the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan we draw warmest congratulations and blessings to believe the Iraqi people and other Muslims in the world, praying to God that the bulk of the gaze bless the Muslims and the good of all humanity, Yemen, and blessings.
He said in this holy month to pray the Almighty to bless our people with more national cohesion and to bestow on Iraqi security and prosperity, and unite their word in the way of harmony and brotherhood.
