Hadi said the Finance Committee made a requirement that the government is providing the supplementary budget was approved this request by the House of Representatives, but was later response of the supplementary budget by the House because of the current political situation and the different opinions by political blocs, pointing out that the government has two choices, either the application of the budget or exchange degrees of abundance of Finance, according to Article 23 of the Constitution.
