Iraqi funds frozen in large international banks and the Central Bank has the responsibility not to retrieve

Baghdad, Financial expert stressed the importance of improved investment frozen Iraqi funds in banks in the country serve the strategic projects, blaming the Central Bank responsible for the funds not recovered because it can retrieve through its external relations
