Representative of Sistani calls for politicians to disclose the content of paper reforms to the people
Talib Abd al-Mahdi al-Karbalai representative of the religious authority Ali al-Sistani, the political blocs detects paper reforms to be implemented before the people.
He said Karbalai during Friday prayers that raises these days of paper-reform show we do not know nor citizen knows something of the basic principles for this paper and find it necessary to put forward, the general principles of the paper on the citizens, especially of specialists from the people of opinion and the people of experience to this paper is to enrich the views as possible to serve the public good.
He Karbalai: You must also adopt an approach other than the method of quotas, which began expanding and threatening the democratic process in the country.
Karbalai said: down to the appointments as we find that a lot of people are forced either to make the appointment and mode or pay a bribe or money that belongs to a block party or even to be in government departments and this is dangerous.
