Iran threatens to hit the Strait of Hormuz and the U.S. bases and Israel if attacked
Threatened commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, General Mohammad Ali Jafari, Sunday, that his country would hit the Strait of Hormuz and U.S. bases in the Middle East and Israel if attacked.
Jafari said during a press conference held on Sunday, said he believed that Iran will emerge from the Non-Proliferation Treaty if nuclear targeted military action, pointing out that the Strait of Hormuz, through which a third of the world's oil trade, would be a legitimate target for Iran if attacked.
He announced that Iran's stated policy that if a war in the region and the Islamic Republic was one of the parties, it is natural to face the Strait of Hormuz and the oil market real difficulties.
